This machine is a commonly constructed contrivance for Rubber Sheeting, fractionating, Skim Coating (Rubberising Fabrics), Topping and Tread Designing.
Available in L – Type, Inverted L – Type, Z – Type, Vertically stacked I – Type, 2 Roll, 3 Roll, & 4 Roll, depending on the application.
Most commonly used in tyre components, rubber flooring, Coated Textile, Gaskets / Seals, industrial rubber sheets, Hoses, hospital bed sheets and more.
Fully automatic with precise speed control, Nip Gap Control, Non contact thickness guage and automatic gap correction, PLC with HMI, web tension control, motorized unwind and rewind.
Complete Calendar line with Let Off and Wind Up unit, with heating/cooling drums.
