  • Chilled rolls with provision of heating and cooling via heaters and rotary union or TCU for precise temperature control.
  • Uni drive lab mills, with VFD and HMI also available with Independent Drive and adjustable friction ratios, equipped with digital temperature indications, digital nip gap, motorised nip adjustments and variable guides / hinged type / motorised guides for fully automatic operational use.

Safety:

Lab model rubber mixing mill are equipped with safety of overload protection, safety bars, chest/knee/foot brake, immediate rolls stoppage, safety grills, and emergency stop and reverse system.
