Bull gear drive, single shaft output or double shaft output or independent drive for each roll can be provided with VFD for variable speed & friction ratios.

Nip Adjustment:

  • Digital Nip gap: With the use of our latest digital nip adjustment technology in association with a linear scale for an accurate and precise thickness control, you can reach unmatched precision. In order to increase accuracy in sheeting, display readings can be opted to be shown on an HMI.
  • Motorised Nip Adjustment: Motorized, through worm and worm gear drive, clutch rod for parallel sheeting.

Advanced Lubrication System:

This makes it possible to enhance machine life by having a motorized grease pump in place which incorporates an automatic lubrication system with time-based controls. Also provided is an option for manual grease pump alternative to reduce cost.
