Abrasion proof and corrosion resistant chilled cast iron centrally cored rollers or peripherally drilled.
Drive
Bull gear drive, single shaft output or double shaft output or independent drive for each roll can be provided with VFD for variable speed & friction ratios.
Nip Adjustment:
- Digital Nip gap: With the use of our latest digital nip adjustment technology in association with a linear scale for an accurate and precise thickness control, you can reach unmatched precision. In order to increase accuracy in sheeting, display readings can be opted to be shown on an HMI.
- Motorised Nip Adjustment: Motorized, through worm and worm gear drive, clutch rod for parallel sheeting.
