Every machine we manufacture — Rubber Mixing Mills, Dispersion Kneaders, Hydraulic Presses, Calender Machines, Rubber Extruders, Rubber Bale Cutters, and Laboratory Mixing Mills — is supported with genuine spare parts, technical documentation, and service engineers for its full operational life. We do not discontinue support on models after a fixed period. If the machine runs, we support it.

Installation & Commissioning Support
Domestic Installation (India)
Modern Industries dispatches a trained installation engineer to the customer's site for all domestic orders above a threshold value (confirmed at order). The commissioning visit includes: machine levelling and alignment, hydraulic circuit commissioning and pressure testing, electrical connection verification, initial compound trial run, and operator training.
Export Installation Support
Export customers receive a complete installation package with every machine: installation manual, electrical wiring diagrams, commissioning checklist, and foundation drawing. Remote video call commissioning support is available for all export customers — our engineers walk the local installation team through each step via WhatsApp or video call.
For large export orders — complete lines and multi-machine installations — on-site engineer dispatch is available. Travel and accommodation costs are borne by the buyer. Engineer time for commissioning and initial operator training is included for qualifying orders.
Maintenance Services — Keeping Your Machines at Peak Performance
Preventive Maintenance
Preventive maintenance visits are available for all Modern Industries machines. A service engineer visits your facility on a scheduled basis — inspecting wear components, checking hydraulic fluid condition, calibrating temperature controllers, verifying nip gap settings, and replacing consumable parts before they cause unplanned downtime.

- Annual preventive maintenance for lower-utilisation installations

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
Modern Industries offers Annual Maintenance Contracts for customers who prefer a structured, predictable maintenance programme. AMC includes a fixed number of preventive visits per year, priority response for breakdown calls, and discounted spare parts rates. Corrective Maintenance & Breakdown Response
For breakdown situations, remote diagnostic support (phone or video call) is attempted first. If an on-site visit is required, our team targets a 24–48 hour response time for domestic locations. Field service engineers are available across India's major rubber manufacturing clusters — Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and West Bengal.

What are the delivery timelines and warranty for spare parts?
Spare parts are dispatched based on order volume, especially for export shipments. For domestic orders, delivery typically takes 1–5 working days (subject to stock availability). All parts come with a 2-year guarantee, subject to applicable conditions.
